I think I’ve been so every nail salon in south Charlotte and no one compares when it comes to quality. Been coming here since they opened and I’ve only seen it grow. Today when I went to get my nails done, the tech was so accommodating in helping me find a color that matched my picture. Let me try a few colors before and then checked throughout to make sure I was satisfied. And I was! They came out great!

My favorite nail salon EVER. I have been going here for as long as I can remember - through high school proms, college functions, even for my wedding nails! The color selection is amazing as well as the services. Today I feel inclined to leave a (long overdue) positive review. While getting a routine mani/pedi, the wonderful employee noticed a broken nail of mine. She perfectly suggested a tip to help it stay strong while regrowing, while also not cutting all my other nails down short. I loved the result! Meanwhile, I overheard two of the rudest guests I have ever encountered across the salon. Barking loud orders at the staff whilst complaining about former services… water too cold, cut them shorter, fix that, all while laughing as if knowing the owner’s name would get them better treatment. The disrespect given to the hardworking staff just blew my mind. All the while, the team just continued to ask how they could kindly improve her experience. Once done, I tipped my technicians graciously and made sure to let staff know how impressed I was with their professionalism and dedication to quality service, no matter how childish or entitled someone may be acting. The response of the Aloha Nails Blakeney team was amazingly patient and kind. Reasons like this are why this salon has been my go-to for over ten years even after trying others when I did not live nearby. You are missing out if you have not visited this salon!

Went here for the very first time on October 4, she said she only had time for someone to do a full set of ombre dip SNS (I usually like acrylic ombré ) I agreed… paid $75 and had one pop off 2 days later, and another crack 4 days post being done. I went in today, day five, to get the two repaired, and was told that because I didn’t have the colors that they usually give to people before they leave it was gonna cost me. I said it was my very first time here! no one gave me any bag, and I don’t know your procedures 🥴 He said OK well I guess we can fix it free of charge but those are usually $10. I said just forget it and walked out. Poor quality, poor customer service, high prices… go to one down the street- y’all are a dime a dozen.

I have been going to aloha for over 2 years now and have had the worst experiences recently. Most recently I wanted matching colors on toes and finger nails and they gave me colors nowhere near close to the same. I am not the person to typically complain but when I got my gel manicure and the manicurist kept telling me how my nails are too short and it’s hard to paint them, I decided to right a review and share photos of the terrible manicure I received. My toe nail color is great I’ll get over them not matching, however not even half my nail is painted due to then being “too short”. Safe to say I will no longer be going here

For the past year I have been going to Apple Nails in Torringdon but decided to make a change after waiting over 30 minutes for service even though I had an appointment. I visited Aloha Nail in Blakeney today and I am EXTREMELY pleased. The staff are professional and do excellent work. I got an SNS manicure and noticed that they are very careful about sanitation. They do not "double dip" (use the same jar for several customers. At Aloha Nails, a small container is used for each customer. I recommend this salon for anyone who wants beautiful nails and sanitary conditions
